All employees in our Guarding Division undergo comprehensive & concise initial training
course
conducted at registered training centres and are registered with the
Security Officers Board of Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
Our officers are trained on public and customer relation, security risk identification,
self-defence, emergency procedures; including crime scene preservation, crowd control, firefighting &first-aid
Our officers in the armed guarding division are trained at SASSETA accredited
institutions in disciplines such as:
defensive shooting, risk identification, situation awareness, armed response, threat evaluation and tactical reaction
Our Operations consist of dedicated managers responsible for:
Site start-up evaluations ,Monthly service evaluations , Operations questionnaires , Weekly and monthly reports , Monthly site audits and Continuous on-the-job training.

SITE TAKE-ON PROCEDURE & QUALITY ASSURANCE
* After conducting a site evaluation, we proceed with site specific training to equip each officer with the necessary requirements and protocols as expected by the client.
* Parades are conducted before each shift in order to ensure officers’ attendance, sobriety, cleanliness, and appropriate attire.
* Officers are equipped with 2-way radios to ensure constant communication with the control room.
* Site inspections are conducted by the site supervisor to monitor performance and to ensure effectiveness of daily operations.
* Relief officers are trained and always on stand-by in case of absenteeism or leave.
